Brian's Bannock Recipe

Brian bakes his bannock in a lightly oiled cast iron frying pan with about 1/4" of oil. Heat the oil and then turn the heat down while the bannock cooks for an hour. Cook one side and then the other.

4 cups flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Just under two cups of water.

Don't knead the crap out of it. It'll be tough.
